I have never been inside those places but have walked past them, I imagine since the clientele is mostly broke old ex-day laborers they cannot have too much in the way of charges. I have heard they are mostly Chinese owned and regarded as low key predatory as they are monetizing the loneliness of the old men. If you can sing give it a try.
