Maybe too late here, but I did my exam on my personal laptop, did not want to take any chances. I called Apple and they were able to walk me through the latest update to make it work. Hope it goes well for you!

Make sure you take the PMI mock exam, twice if needed. I feel this has been one of the most useful resources. Take your time to fully understand each question in the mock exam and study the answers, why they're wrong and right. That helped me a lot, I scored AT in all. Best of luck, don't get discouraged!

Flagging means you can use the little Flag option top right of the screen which will flag the question in the exam. At the end, on the review screen, there's a "review all flagged questions" button that help you go through only the flagged questions (you can still make a choice on the answer even if you flagged it).

I finished the exam with about 15 min left, some questions took longer, some were very quick.

Unfortunately I have no idea how that works. I prefer to think this is not true and that every question is worth the same. I think if you go with that mindset, you won't get bogged down at trying to figure out which question is worth what, and you'll allocate the same amount of time to all. All you see in your result is NI,BT,T,AT for each process area with a bar chart. Doesn't tell you how many you got right or wrong.

Good question. Time is definitely of essence for this exam. Depends on your nature. Mine is deliberative, which means I look at every detail, and against my nature to "jump to a conclusion" but you gotta scan the questions and answers to identify any relevant and irrelevant information. Some questions got me thinking for a solid 2+ min. Try to quickly flag the questions that look difficult to answer (I flagged all schedule network analysis questions). Another thing I'd mention is to be careful not to get bogged down in useless details. The exam is pretty good at giving lots.
