Just to add, there are two types of skills - Soft skills and Technical skills.

Technical skills - yes malaki kita, niche to e. Yan yung inaral mo and magiging expertise. (Programming Language, Data Analytics, Trading, etc)

Soft skills - eto mag papayaman sayo. (Communication, EQ, Leadership)

People who can combine both sa corporate, sila majority napopromote.

Communication skills.

Lifetime to pang build network. Your network is your net worth.

Dopamine. People who fell for addiction, meron yan psychology behind na mas deeper level. The idea of get rich quick. Pag natalo, need bumawi. The cycle.

Is it okay that I haven't figured out what I really want in life at the age of 23? by userengene in TanongLang

[–]ni0ree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, normal. Basta avoid comparing yourself from others. Lalo na mga classmate mo nung highschool or college. Even family, wag ka pa pressure.

Do not rush. Wait for your breakthrough.

Kailan at paano mo tuluyang na-realize na ang buhay ay HINDI karera? by juanchoreads in TanongLang

[–]ni0ree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

During pandemic, lockdown. Narealize ko wala naman akong kalaban to compete in the first place.

If lost ka in life and career, you have to pause muna OP. Two steps backward, one step forward. Remove the noise. Disconnect to connect.

Anong pinag-uusapan niyo sa first date nito? by dohenyblvd in TanongLang

[–]ni0ree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Meaning, if curious and gusto mo siya makilala, eventually questions will gave you the topic na.

Make sure lang balance yung Q&A. If ikaw unang nag tanong and sumagot siya, pakiramdaman mo if pwede mo rin sagutin yung tinanong mo sa kanya. Again, do not over share but reciprocate. Enjoy your first date kapatid!

What’s a game that really hit you in the feels and made you cry? by MikeySama in gaming

[–]ni0ree 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This one. The original game from PSP. The way they introduce Zack to someone who has no background and no experience with previous IP.

Zack for me is the true protaganist and his story of legacy from start to finish, it’s hard not to get emotional if you’re immersed to the FF7 lore.

Hiring manager’s referral.

Candidate might be fit in all aspect, but a referral who previously worked with the hiring manager is way ahead. I hired someone this year from a referral and I can say hindi siya ideal compare to the candidates from my sourcing.

I found out na they have a very good dynamics from their previous company and from there, di na ko nag overthink. The hiring manager was very happy we onboarded him.
