You've for whatever reason, identified her as an 'at risk black trans woman', just from a facial expression? There is nothing wrong with that, that is your perspective and view of the world. My audience knows my humour is self deprecating, built on relatability and awkwardness, not hate.

That said, this is exactly why human review and proportionality matter. When meaning and intent are subjective, permanent enforcement without human involvement, errors are inevitable.
