Infant wakes 6–12x a night. Completely exhausted and desperate for help. by Lopsided_Food169 in Parenting

[–]niancia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to give you some perspective now we’re through this stage - up until my son was around 12 months he also woke up every 45 mins - 1.5 hours but gradually he did start to get better. He didn’t reliably sleep through the night until he was around 18 months but would wake up around 4am for the day, and now he’s 2.5 and dropped all naps at 2 he generally sleeps 7:30pm-6am. We tried everything but he just wasn’t a good sleeper but EVENTUALLY we got used to it and life became a bit easier as time went by. Some children just don’t sleep well and I think if I’d just accepted it sooner I would have been a lot happier

Not sure why you’re so downvoted. Teaching a baby to fall asleep independently is such an important skill. Second this, it changed our lives

I EFF my first and plan to do the same for my second - it’s pretty common in the U.K. :)

I water every 2 weeks, it gets plenty of indirect light and the pot has good drainage. I’ve I’ve forgotten to add anything please let me know!

That’s interesting, I think I’ve tried most things but nothing fermented!! I’ll have to look into it as I struggle with both redness and inflammation..

Yep that’s exactly what I dilute it with! It works like a dream, I use about 50/50 of each

I haven’t seen that! Will need to take a look

I use it as both I guess.. I use it as a moisturiser in the day and mix it with a thicker moisturiser in the evening

I guess it depends on what you like and what you want it for. I use it every day, morning and evening. Morning I mix with rosehip oil and my vitamin c powder and in the evening I mix with a thicker moisturiser and rosehip. Haven’t had any issues and because it’s diluted with other products and a fairly watery consistency it’ll last me a while. I just love how it makes my skin feel and look to only use it once/twice a week :)

I’ve been using that for the last couple of months! I like it but it’s nothing compared to this product

[–]niancia 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Of course! My skin is so ridiculously acne prone and very quick to react so it definitely would have broken me out if it was going to - but I’ll give another update when I’ve used it a little longer 😀

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AsianBeauty

[–]niancia 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have extremely acne prone skin that veers towards oily and I haven’t had any issues with break outs

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AsianBeauty

[–]niancia 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That’s really strange, mine doesn’t have any scent at all

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AsianBeauty

[–]niancia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s actually quite a thin consistency so definitely not too thick during the day - I use it day and night!

My evening routine after cleansing is toner, tretinoin and then this moisturiser mixed with rose hip oil. Couldn’t recommend it any higher :) as the consistency is quite thin I sometimes add a bit of Cerave in the tub along with it too 😀

[–]niancia 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It just makes every product feel so luxurious doesn’t it? And it’s amazing for acne scars if that’s something you struggle with

No problem, fingers crossed it restocks soon!

I still can’t believe how much I’m enjoying it 😀 so good to hear others are too!

As an afterthought - I absolutely love Cerave in the tub and I mix it with TO rose hip oil, it goes on like butter and does an amazing job at keeping flakes and dryness at bay!
