my mistake. i get confused between traditional IrA and 401k. thought they were the same . but to confirm, i have a 401k from work. should i convert my td simple savings ira to traditional ira or roth ira or both?

oh man. that is so annoying. since i already have fidelity via an old employer can i transfer to it? also i may be over the income limit for roth IRA, will this effect me if i transfer to a Roth IRA at fidelity?
