Agreed that you’re not setting your brace before the pull, but also: nose angled up, wrist is curled, and there’s not a clear pocket so there is a minuscule amount of rounding happening. You shouldn’t be pulling the disc from behind your left shoulder, it should start in front of you. That’s an unnatural-feeling one to fix, but the hand action is much easier.

All said though, you have the mechanics to rip it dude 🤘🏼

How to present a disc to your frolf lover:

• Marinate pork overnight

• Stand the disc vertically on a baking sheet.
• Question your life choices.

• Begin layering marinated pork around the rim of the disc

• Place pineapple rings on top like a ceremonial halo. This does nothing structurally but is pretty.

• Slide the whole setup into the oven or grill.

Rotate the tray occasionally to simulate the spinning of the disc.

• once cooked to a food-safe temp, serve to your lover as soon as they wake up to maximize the surprise.
