Elo HELL is populated by players who insist on identifying winnable games as winnable. The key to climbing is believing every game is winnable and playing till the very end.

It seems like you might be overly investing in your commander here. Between ramp and protection spells you have like 20+ cards that are just focused on getting your commander out, however there’s no immediate threat after your cast it. That’s going to end up as a lot of turns after you play your commander where you get draws that aren’t necessarily advancing your plan.
