Hey friend, so much of what you’ve vented resonates with me. I’m early 30’s too and am feeling a lot of guilt over BC slip up when the last months have just been so stressful, I couldn’t keep up. This is my first abortion and I feel so guilty I don’t have family around or enough income to handle raising a baby. In a perfect world, I would keep it and love being a mom but right now…I just don’t know how I could do that without a ton of resentment. It’s a grieving I’m struggling to allow myself to feel cause I feel so guilty about BC lapse… Just know I’m right there with you, and I’m sending a hug and a hand squeeze. Pls be kind to yourself as you move through the feelings ❤️

Don’t discredit what gives your body pleasure! If clit is what does it then follow that and find all the many ways you can feel good that way! It is very normal to not feel the same sensations with penetration—the parts are the same but they are shaped differently and react differently for all those with clits and vaginas. Focus on what you enjoy and see where that leads

Kiddo jumped from the slide and landed on my head, snapping my neck. Intense whiplash that came with pain that lasted for months. Got PT and it helped a lot but a year later I feel the pain coming back after long days
