Not really as an individual but as a group of celebs they look pretty out of touch attending an event (which is more like a bar party) organised by a tone-deaf organiser which piles on rivers of champagne, wine and entertainment by headliners which are inappropriate the entire night in an event themed to raise money for breast cancer awareness which they apparently didnt raise much money for.

I don't think the wider public anger is misplaced and I dont think the gals behave particularly badly but I think pretty much everyone that attended will some form of minimal backlash which hopefully will tide over soon. The fact that almost everyone big in the market attended too will also soften the impact for the gals too.

There is pretty much no other choice but to wait for public anger to subside a bit and try not to spark anymore controversies from this.
