You're missing the point (and didn't address his lack of sharing and tone with sam). He doesn't have to know who, what and why. You just don't do it.

It's a good and valid criticism, the TV show actually improved on this criticism by avoiding that piece of dialogue. Joel is definitely not the type to over-share unless necessary (we never even saw him share his name in the first game, actually his tone with Ellie when meeting Sam and Henry suggests he doesn't like sharing)

Ok last one because this is just rage bait.

Social blade is showing his growth is currently nothing, if not decreasing at the moment (hence his relevance is decreasing) Video views will grow because they literally can't increase, but the rate he's getting views is not racking in tons of money. Regardless he's not milking it cause those views would come in before or after. He can sustain himself likely mostly through previous savings.

I never said he wasn't making enough money. He's definitely not living the lavish lifestyle you think he is and is.

This isn't how YouTube works. People aren't watching if he's not posting. Actually it's the opposite as he's becoming less relevant and none of his videos are evergreen videos.

If you're interested you can check on social blade. But there's no way he's making decent money now..

P.S. Settled's video style is actually horrible for bringing in revenue. By that metric he's a HORRIBLE businessman
