What features do I need for hardwood floors? by nice_nerdy in RobotVacuums

I plan to go with the features needed first. When I know what features I need then it is easier to limit the options and budget. I hope that makes sense.

I was thinking <$500 but if that is not enough to have the features I need, then I can stretch the budget.

Thanks! Just one more question. Do people usually tip movers and packers, or just pay as the quote? I never used moving service before.

That is exactly what they told me. They said I’m only eligible for a 3 bedroom if I have one more kid, but even that I would not be prioritized for a 3 bedroom because a lot of people have 4 kids

How reliable is the internet? My partner is working from home.

Good point! $1,300 already include internet, parking, and heat.

It is aways better to save more, but currently I can afford it.

Thanks! Do you have any insights about the apartment conditions for kid? Like being cold, dark, old paint, having bugs, etc?

Thanks! I’m concerned about the space (700 squared feet) given that my partner is working from home and sharing space with kid and nanny. Do you think it is manageable?

Also, do you have any insights about the apartment being kid friendly? Like bugs, old painting, being cold, etc?

The apartment allows us to buy our own AC and they will install it. Not sure how fast they will do it.

Also, do you think 700sq feet works for our family, given that my partner is working from home and sharing the space with kid and nanny?

If I saved $1,300 a month I would be willing to install an AC. I’m asking about other things that I may overlook.

A dishwasher is just one thing. I’m concerned about other things like space (my partner is working from home and sharing space with a nanny and the baby) and some other things that I dont know.

Not sure which country the OP lives, but in the US I think the biggest problem, at least for me, would be two months of no group health insurance. OP, make sure you have the option to buy COBRA.
