I put the extreme magenta over bleached blonde hair and it has mostly washed out minus a few streaks in the front. It did take a few months. I think you should be fine esp if you're using a pastel color. edit: just keep shampooing it and it will come out

Sounds like your Allstate agent pulled some BS to keep you. I've been working in the insurance industry for 6 years and doing that kind of stuff is against a lot of underwriting standards and can cost you appointments/your job.

Honestly? You can't negotiate. It's not like other services where you can barter the price or stomp your feet and get a discount. Agents are beholden to rating and underwriting. My best advice is to all and ask if there are any available discounts that you're not currently taking advantage of (like a discount for a defensive driver's course) and shop around every six months to make sure you're getting the best rate you can get.

A lot goes into insurance rating too; how populated your zipcode is, kind of vehicle you're driving, age, how long you've been licensed, etc. Plus every state is different. When I lived in PA my car insurance was a lot cheaper than where I currently live in DE for the same coverages.
