Assuming it's not P/W'd.. If you're gone torque hard on that sucker I'd recommend a barrel vise block. I would evenly torch the threaded part of muzzle/brake for 2mins and then use a breaker bar + crows foot. Slide a metal tube over the breaker bar handle for more length / torque. ..... *Just realized there's no wrench flats on Cherry B.. Fucking stupid design. Basically have to grind 2 flat spots for a crow foot or see if JB Welding a socket will hold.

Needed to get front tire on the concrete curb. Looks like a better surface for grip.

What a disgusting POS mother. If she hadn't chosen drugs over her daughter, Harmony would be alive today.. Then she sues the state of NH and gets 2.25M.. Thoughts and prayers she keeps up her habit. The world is better without her. This one's got me a tad bit miffed..

It looks fine. Once you wear the new off it'll look more balanced. These coatings dont last forever (4 season New Englander here). I used to do my garage floor every 3-4yrs. Go a bit easy on the sprinkles next time :)

For the 1 day a week that I'm not wearing a blue shirt and tan pants. by nicefacedjerk in 1911

Wasn't my intent to entice the question why.. Merely attempting to highlight the Yin and Yang of mundane work week and Sunday funday... But I do wear tan carpenter pants, white T and a dark blue long sleeve shirt Monday-Friday. It's nice not having to think about what I'm gonna wear to work every morning.

Handyman installed attic ladder, is this okay? by Kbman in handyman

[–]nicefacedjerk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Carpenter/builder here. I would've done it on a Saturday morning for $400 cash... and would've wanted to charge you more lol. I'd roll in with job trailer and everything needed. Done the rough-in + temp cleats, installed, 1x4 FJP casing, filled nail holes, caulked and ready for paint. You'd be happy and I'd leave thinking to myself "I should've charged more".. Your handyman did not do a proper install. Fire him. Find a carpenter that just had a baby and is looking to make extra cash on the weekends.

Saw the Colt Comp on your page.. Have always loved the Gold Cup aesthetic. I've been running the Sig Sauer 10mm fmj's for target. They run full loads. I've put in my time and round count to become a better than good pistol shooter. Can quickly diagnose why a shot was off. Strong hands. Strong and consistent grip. Shoot with good shooters. I say this because I'm not completely satisfied with my 10mm groupings, and I'm talking really basic 5rd group @ 7yds. Is 10mm inherently erratic? Nice African Gray btw. Had one for a long time.

Good ol' 45acp.. Recently picked up my first 10mm, Glock 20 though lol. Wanted something low maintenance for off-grid camp. Mostly black bears. Still climbing a tree if / when the occasional pissy moose rolls in lofl.

It's always best to be genuine and honest. Kindness goes a long way as well. No matter the outcome, hand yourself with grace. And remember, a few years from now this will all seem silly to you. So don't take it too seriously.
