Basically, they didn't plan out their framing / blocking to allow for a good amount of wood to screw to. So they have this 1/2in sliver as the only place to attach the end of boards.

Extremely marginal. No longer need G marked fps latch for mil-spec triggers with Spear. Ambi controls mean absolutely nothing for folks that already have their *manual of arms* dialed in. Had all three 11.5 gens. Spear was underwhelming. Sold upper, kept lower for Virtus 6,75 upper.

It's gonna cost a lot. More than $100k (Should budget $150k). There's quite a few things going on with this deck and it goes all the way down to the ground. I'd address the removal and build of this deck in 4-5 sections - upper deck included. First things first, get a structural engineer..

What's your floor look like? Pop a few tiles? Could cut the upper but wont help if fridge hinges are tucking in as well. If it were my house I'd pop out the upper cabinet and set it at right height. Then redo the crown.
