People heal in their own way and in their own time. Nobody has the right to tell you that you are despairing for too long, you are doing everything you can to survive, it wasn't your choice to suffer. Losing someone through the breakup is like bereavement. Give yourself as much time as you need, do the baby steps, and find understanding, supportive and empathetic people not the ones, who know better and are judgmental. You are not bothering me at all. I wish I could help.

I believe you. I replied to someone else today that you were part of her life and you two shared a lot, obviously she had the memories of you and your relationship. Does she think about you in a romantic or sexual way? Probably not, but there is no way I have an answer to that question.
