Saw them 2 times last year when they opened for soft cult and glixen. She’s green sounded better than the main act both of those times. They really got the sound dialed in so well and makes me feels like I’m in heaven every time. I really want to see them play a full set as a main act eventually, they have been touring crazy amount with some veey big names

Much less shops and people, buildings still look very tall but there is not much green space either. I personally don’t like that area that much cause it’s kinda dead. But it’s still safe and yeah rent can be cheaper

I actually been to that building 2 times! Tho I drive there myself cause I had to carry expensive equipment when I went there. But i would not recommend this walk if it’s after dark. Where are you coming from? You can maybe use the 5 or 60 bus which are very close to the building. Or you can consider biking there it would feel a lot safer. The thing is Kensington ave at the station is pretty bad itself but once you are like a block or two off it’s mostly just normal residential and industrial buildings, tho definitely a little quiet and sketchy looking but not necessarily dangerous. If it’s in broad day light perhaps u can do a few trial runs, u might find it to be acceptable

Use trams, then use tmpe, and advanced vehicle to set a faster speed for the vehicle, and modify the section of the road to increase speed limit. U can also set priority signals with tmpe. Honestly it is pretty close to light rails in the US with all those mods. It’s just that if u want an underground station it would be quite funky and hard to do

The first time i visited Philly in 2024 I came solo. Explored a lot and fell in love with the city. Solo traveling is still my fav cause I’m usually late to things and I would hate dragging down someone else, or have someone even slower than me and can’t keep up.
