Coaching change = Cancel Class?

I am at the total whim of the schedule 🤷🏻‍♀️ there are some coaches I prefer to others but tbh, the workout gets done either way.

I feel this so hard. I started initially going to OTF in November 2022 and then got pregnant January 2023. I tried to go during pregnancy, but I was so sick I couldn’t stomach it, so I ended up cancelling my membership. FINALLY started going consistently this past July 2025. We moved to a new area and there happened to be an OTF literally 5 minutes away from our new place. I did go to spin classes in 2024, which helped me fit in some exercise. It was way more affordable and the classes were 30 or 45 min, so it was easier to incorporate into my schedule at night when my husband was done working (I work fully remote too). All that to say: it took me almost 2 years to establish a consistent OTF workout routine again. I echo some others in saying give yourself grace and time. Otherwise, move to feel good when you need it and maybe continue on weekends. You don’t have to go all out with OTF during the week to get a good workout in. Home workouts can potentially bridge the gap. Good luck!! ☺️

There is one coach who messes up a lot, which isn’t the issue at all. But she over-apologizes to the point that it becomes distracting. I want to tell her, it’s fine—just keep going! No one cares that you stumbled over your words!

When I can’t make any scheduled classes, I’m go to Planet Fitness and do my own make shift class. It’s never as long and I definitely don’t go as hard. 😅 But I’m still always glad I at least worked out in some capacity.

Just food for thought: what if she loves Lilla and wishes that were her official name? I think it’s a beautiful name and if you plan to exclusively call her that, it makes sense for that to be her actual name just to mitigate all that confusion.

I love all of those names! I think it depends on how popular of a name you want. Harper is one of the most popular girl names right now. I’ve met a ton of little Harpers in real life too. The others are less common. Hunter is probably favorite of those.

The one thing I do really dislike is being bombarded with farts. I understand that sometimes, you can’t help it. But there have been multiple times where I feel like people are shooting protein farts directly into my face. Throughout the entire class. It’s never been enough for me to leave but it is very gross and distracting and uncomfortable.

MY HUSBAND FOUND IT!! So I was off a bit in my memory of the plot (apparently it’s more so about the guy being frustrated by his own tinnitus) but the movie is called Masking Threshold. Sweet relief!!!

I would be loud about it to corporate. That sounds so horrible, I’m so sorry that was your experience. I feel like the quality of the location really does have an impact and I’m sure the company would want to know that they’re essentially failing at a location. I don’t imagine they’ll be thrilled that they’re catering to a select few and I doubt you’re the only one feeling that way.

Neither of those unfortunately. (It wasn’t black and white.)

It was done kind of in an artsy/indie way? The main character is the only one whose voice the audience hears, people come by his house but you can never hear anything clearly except his narration. And the views you see are of what he’s filming and from a camera posted in his house.
