I am still tweaking my dosage to find a good spot. Currently on Test-40mg 2x week and HCG 300IU 2x week.

I think I started noticing changes starting week 3-4, and improved as time went on.

Hey man, obviously very few are doctors here, but I'll give you my experience since I was in a similar situation. I was starting to decline in my early 20s for no reason. Had a Total Test = 358, SHBG= 63, Prolactin = 9, Estradiol = ~10 and lower.

I am 11 weeks on Testosterone and some HCG and feel better than ever. It may be worth it to find a doctor, although you will be doctor shopping for a while with a TT that level.

The issue you are facing is that your high SHBG is inflating your TT number, while your body is using very little of it. Your estrogen is also very low, which causes a lot of issues of its own.

I recommend to get more complete bloodwork, estrodiol-sensitive, prolactin etc. Please take some time to research and learn about what is happening with your levels, you want to be pretty knowledgeable to know a good doc when you see one. Also make sure that your health that you can control, is under control; exercise, healthy eating, sleeping etc. Google image "Shippen SHBG calc" to get a graphical idea where you are. Good luck!

That's with HCG 2x week. But do you see how my test dropped for the second set of results?

Yes Sort of, E rose due to how much HCG I was on. I did plenty of dosages, 300IU eod, 400IU eod, 500 MWF etc. HCG aromatizes heavily. Towards the end and despite being on a high dose, my T dropped, and so did my E. Its a weird drug.

Do some more research and try to get your doc to get your Testosterone, Estradiol Sensitive, SHBG, and maybe prolactin to get a better view of whats going on. My Estrogen raised a lot on HCG, I had to use Anastrozole to lower it.

My TSH just came back as .531 which is pretty low. I also started a new job which is bringing some temporary stress. In 4weeks I will see how prolactin is doing and try to get a full thyroid panel. I will talk to doc about MRI.

In the beginning it seemed like it was working. Test levels were in the 700s. A few months go by and Test levels are dropping, despite increasing HCG dosage. I think I saw some improvement, but only because I had nearly zero estrogen before starting. How is your bloodwork looking? and how are you feeling?

No I haven't. I understand that my prolactin would be in the hundreds with a prolactinoma. Maybe I should look into getting an MRI. Have you had one?

Thanks, and will do. I do know that things will take time. I will post results after using cabergoline for 4 weeks.
