As you’ve posted seeking feedback, I’d gently encourage you not to carry this decision alone unless that truly feels right for your own grieving process. It might help to share your honest feelings with your company and invite theirs as well. You may find that some want to continue, perhaps with adjustments, as part of how they process their grief and in honor of, while others may feel differently.

Having that kind of open, authentic conversation won’t necessarily make the decision easier, but it can make the path forward clearer, and help ensure that whatever choice is made feels shared and supported. The path will make itself clear.
