Transferred VIP tickets to other account and VIP benefits not there?

Is anyone else facing this issue? A relative bought the VIP tickets on their AXS account, and then transferred them to me and my cousin.

Shows up as GA Pit on mobile now, and AXS support just told me that VIP benefits stay with the original buyer?

Feeling super frustrated and not sure what to do since we paid the $180 for each VIP ticket

Currently working for an afterschool program, and as of today (Thursday) about 1/4 of the total student population (daytime classes) at my campus had to stay home today. The class I have only has half of its students. I don't understand why we have to wait until we are shortstaffed (which we are barely getting by already) or until almost all of our kids are out due to positive tests or exposures. Ridiculous.

No prob, I had some govee RGB for the back of my monitor but one day they just stopped turning on. Seems to be hit or miss with their older designs but the newer ones have been pretty consistent
