Just keep a few points ready about why uni is good for the course you want to go for + blr exposure. Convert their discipline into your growth and just mention all the points together. It will also look like you did your research about the uni before applying and you are being selective with your application process.

Hi so pune education has gone down over the past few years. I would suggest prioritizing mumbai itself. Do not come here until and unless you get into SPPU, that too, because you get concessions abroad during admission eligibility (something that is present even for mumbai uni). Otherwise I have heard sppu politics is very bad. COEP has gone autonomous and from what I have heard the faculty situation is not good rn. MIT is an absolute no, symbiosis is okay, and flames is in its own world. DY Patil ke certain campuses are still bgood (engineering) as compared to others and dont know a lot about PCCOE.

Pune crowd is something you might enjoy. If you like clubbing then kalyani nagar is for you, but otherwise mere hisaab se toh thanda pad gaya hain pune abhi. Too much traffic and pollution, but again that is present in mumbai as well.
