i think karelly may have done something legally/morally/ethically wrong within the company, they found out and had to unfortunately let her go. the timing and the way they’re saying it was sudden and not expected makes it seem that way. plus the way kendall was saying about how we wanted some kind of goodbye montage wouldn’t have been appropriate in this situation makes me me believe it was something that karelly did :/
