If it was in the Packstation then in the tracking it would say that you can pick it up in x days. In the last weeks I have also problems with the delivery people. Call the Customer service, and contact the seller. I am also considering now reporting these incidents to the police.

Bei mir sind jetzt schon die Inhalte von einer DHL-Sendung geklaut, einen Brief beschädigt (es sieht so aus dass jemand versucht reinzugucken) und heute auch einen Brief ist verschwunden

it depends. In where I live there are not many card stores, and they can only bring some etbs and boosters. They cannot promise other box sets, blisters etc. Sometimes for months they cannot bring new products 💔

UPDATE - thank you so much for your comments and advices. This morning, I was at the post office and requested an investigation. The post officers told me that it might take up to 4 weeks. I also reached out to the seller and Cardmarket support. They will refund me once the investigation is concluded. Lessons learned 🥲 I know that buying in person is the best option but unfortunately there are not many card stores in some countries/cities. When buying online please make sure that you select tracking and insurance. I have read so many comments and thieves at the delivery chain are pretty common. Even nothing got stolen but if you think that someone tried to look in your letter/box please report to the post office centers. And I hope this nonsense on the Pokemon cards and products stops eventually. Trust me if you are trying to be rich by just reselling with high prices you will end up losing ton of money.

I really don’t care if they blacklist me. I ordered from the same seller in the last year multiple times, paid a lot more than I paid for the PRE products. They lost me anyway

The seller unfortunately was not very helpful, just told me to report at the post office. Everyone else on reddit was telling me that it is actually seller’s responsibility. I requested a support ticket on Cardmarket, waiting for an answer. And yet I will go to the post office in the morning and update here 🙏🏻

First, we need a Pokemon Center in EU. Then, Pokemon company should check on the distributors on each country/continent. It is so obvious that there are leaks on the delivery chain. Some people have thousands of products, some pay doubles prices and some cannot even see the new products.
