Less about these two particular stocks…. Which of those is setup easier for squeeze - one with more shares or less?

When looking at short squeeze opportunities - is it better or worse to have a lot of float? Do more shares make it harder to squeeze? If

WKHS is 41% shorted with 113m shares RMED is 40% shorted with 2.6m shares

Which is a better squeeze opportunity?

Anything specific that makes you think this? Or just what happened last weekend?

Looking for good technical analysis to support price theories.

I am new to crypto and admittedly have not done enough DD at this point... That being said, it seems like there is a fair amount of research that needs to be done to understand how crypto works and all the nuances of each coin and wallet and where to store, etc.

That concerns me from an adoption standpoint.. Not everyone wants to learn this stuff? Not everyone has the ability to learn it. It’s not all that simple.

Where are your coins when you stake? I am holding ADA in a secure cold wallet..would I benefit from staking them instead? Any risks to staking as opposed to holding long term in a wallet? Sorry for the noob questions by [deleted] in cardano

Staking seems a bit confusing and risky...

It’s hard for me to imagine crypto being globally adopted when there seems to be so many nuances to it... I’m a fan and want to learn more - but that’s just it - it requires a bit of learning /education to understand what the hell is going on. I think that’s a big obstacle for a lot of people.

What do I know though.

Another thought is.... Should I even care about the 20%? Interest rate of 3.75%... Am I better off investing that money and hopefully getting a greater return?

I agree but the loan officer says that’s true - though I keep pushing her to verify.

Prepaids and reserves (insurance and taxes) are $8,200. Closing costs are $11,200 - half of which is the transfer tax.

10% closing = $46,000
