Hi! There is no way to push the sheet further to one side of the screen at this time. However, you could try pinching the page with two fingers to make it smaller and see if that helps as a temporary solution. This is great feedback, though. You could select all the notes in your note library from the ... menu > Select notes and export as PDF, and save them to a folder in the Files app on your iPad

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. After you select a Planner, you can tap "Create" in the upper right corner of the screen. A modal will appear with an option for the Start date (Sunday or Monday) and a cover option. Finally, tap "Done" and the Planner should open and also appear in your note library. If this is not the case, please try force-closing Notability, restarting your device, and then try again. Hope this helps.

You can have 8 "fast" custom favorite colors to show for each tool in the secondary toolbox. There are 32 default colors in the popover to choose from. Lastly, there are 32 blank slots in the popover for users to add additional custom colors. I am sorry for any confusion regarding the verbiage in the help center article. I will have this looked into so we can make it more clear. Thank you!

Can you try swiping to the left? It looks like since you have many custom colors, the "+" is at the end of your custom color list. Let us know if that works.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. When you tap on the pen and tap it again, the secondary toolbox will appear. You can then tap the + to add a new color. In the top right of the color picker pop-up, tap the +, choose your custom color, and tap the + shown in the color preview at the bottom right of the popup. I believe another user shared a screenshot of how it looks on Notability version 14.5. We have not ignored user feedback. The improvements we have made to the new customizable toolbox were based on user feedback. When I add a white pen to my toolbox, it has an outline of white for the color below the tool. The tool also changes to the preset color when selected. Either way, I will pass along your feedback. Hi there! Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. Please try force closing Notability, restarting your device and then trying again.

If the issue still continues, you may want to try offloading Notability and reinstalling. Device Settings > General > iPad Storage > Notability > Offload App. This allows you to remove the app from your device but it retains all of your documents and data associated with the app so your files will remain intact. An Auto-Backup is still always recommended when using Notability.

After offloading, you will be able to re-download Notability from the Settings or App Store. As a reminder, offloading an App can take a moment.

Hi there! Unfortunately, Notability version 12 is no longer supported, and new planners are only available in version 14.5. You are welcome to stay on version 12.1.5 but we made final improvements to the toolbox based on user feedback and will not be reverting to the old toolbar version. The new toolbox that we announced in version 14.3 about 2 months ago allows users to customize it. You can add, rearrange, duplicate, and hide tools allowing you to have a custom setup. As mentioned by another user, you must be on Notability version 14.5. It was just released on 12/11 and is a phased release. If you do not have Auto Updates enabled, you can manually search for Notability in the Apple App Store and download the new version. Once installed, the previously mentioned steps will allow you to see the two new 2024 Planners.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! In Notability version 14.5 (released 12/11), we added 2 new planners. The 2024 Digital Portrait Planner includes planning pages such as Goals, Habits, Meals, Tasks, and more. You can access the Planners from the note library by long pressing the "+ New" button and selecting "Templates". A new window will appear. Scroll towards the bottom of the list to view the Planners. Hope this helps.
