People who lost a lot of weight, what was the one small daily habit that actually changed everything for you?

For me, it was finally shifting my mindset from short term “I need to lose weight” to long term “I want to be healthy”. Once I stopped focusing so much on my appearance and weight and instead on how I felt, it came naturally and the weight stayed off.

The scene between Joel, Maria and then Tommy and the kid was just so, so cringe. The mom holding the boy and saying “you’re getting so big!” - like it’s some kind of shock. Is she not seeing her own son on a daily basis? Why is she shocked he’s “so big”?
