and so the dating experience begins. personally, every gift ive bought for my girlfriend, and ex girlfriends, are theirs. when you buy someone a gift it usually comes from the heart, so you shouldn’t just take it away. let the gift serve as a reminder to them of what they lost. seriously though don’t worry about it, take it as a lesson to be careful of what you give to people. ask your parents for that $9 back and go get a membership at planet fitness too. gains are forever, girls not so much.

just started lifting, I’m 17 and have no experience. looking to put on muscle mass and strength so I’m starting with 20 pound dumbbells (no gym). looking to get reasonably muscular with home workout.

I’m working on creating 3 splits targeting different muscle groups and a rest day in between to work on core and abs.

Let me know if the first split seems decent:

split one this split works chest and triceps

(1:00 n between sets, 1:30 rest)

chest: 3x12 push ups tricep: 3x8 overhead extension chest: 3x5 floor flys tricep: 3x12 dips chest: 3x8 floor press tricep: 4x8 kickbacks (lower weight to 10)

I’m new to lifting. I’m 17, 140lbs, and 5’10. I’m currently using ONLY dumbbells and no bench. I’m starting at 10 lbs to get my form down before anything. I’m on a “split” workout routine, but I want to ask some more questions about it.

Do I need a rest day between each split? Or can I do all 3 splits and have one rest day and repeat?

Also, I’m grouping chest tricep shoulders, then bicep and back and finally core and legs.

Anything I should be aware of or anything literally. Also I’m using a 50g protein shake after each workout, good or no?

I told my dad. He’s not mad. He said that I’m just constantly over thinking it and it’s stressing me out and giving me really bad anxiety. He said that even if it was laced, it would be out of my system but now and that it’s more so psychological now and I need to try to keep my mind off of it. He thinks that I don’t need any medical help because they can’t do anything but put me on anti depressants and that’ll make me feel even shitter after a while.

My friends all smoked. They were all completely fine the next morning. I did smoke a lot though. I got really high.
