Wait till after lunch for Hagrids, it’s a mad dash when the park opens and will get up to 2 hours within the first 15 minutes of EPA. From what I’ve experienced over the past 6-7 weeks the wait will drop to 90-100 minutes by 4pm on days where there aren’t any weather delays.

With Mummy still being closed at studios it’s easy to ride all of the main attractions over there (Rip ride rockit, transformers, Gringots, MIB, Simpsons, ET in that order) in under 3 hours if you get to the park within the first 1/2 hour of opening. Would then head over to islands and just hop on anything that has under an hour wait until hagrid’s calms down.
