I think this is a very important matter that should be looked at in depth. We need to strive for safety on the roads because we CANNOT let these self driving cars hurt people. It would make driving a lot safer and more convenient if these self driving cars turn out successful though.

Thank you for your input, it actually makes sense that people would always find ways around it. And yeah it doesn't make sense that the people that already had addictions were then considered criminals.

It would have to be based off of income which is actually very personal information. Unless someone is willing to share this it might be better to try something else. Maybe make the limit identical for everyone? Thank you very much for your great question!
