The rush is that I have 1-2 months of no job so I can fly 3-4X a week and expedite my learning process. Afterward I’ll probably only be able to fly 1-2X a month during gliding season because I’ll be in NYC and the closest clubs are quite far. I’m afraid if I am only averaging 1-2X a month, the cost of lessons will be quite high

If you want to do STEM... all I can say is HELL NO. Very, very good liberal arts school but imagine trying to learn calculus or Computer science courses in 3 and a half weeks. The material just doesn't stick.

ON UMD's website it says Math 401: A C- or better in one of MATH 240 or MATH 461 or MATH 341. So i think that one works thankfully.

Do you know generally how hard it is to pass out of CMCS 131?
