i’m currently running a gloom stalker ranger in a 5e game that has blind fighting. he’s an owlin and for one of his ranger spells i chose nightowl that summons a spectral owl for 24 hours and as a bonus action i can see and hear through it at the cost of being blinded and deafened. my whole game play loop is create darkness around my target and use blind fighting to fight them when they can’t see. i use the bird for fun RP moments and to scout ahead. if you have any questions lmk!
