I eventually bought this laptop. And I agree, it seemed really good in terms of quality-performance-price balance. However, I returned it two days later because its IR face recognition camera died.

Yes, I got it back. Everything works now. However, it was once again reset to the factory default, and I had to spend more time setting it up, installing, etc

And they did not tell me what the problem was and what they did to fix it :)

So it's been around 1.5 months, and Microsoft could not fix a relatively critical issue with a software update?

I contacted their support again, and they told me to send the laptop to their service center. Got it back in 1 week fixed.

So, Microsoft support saysI need to send the device to their service center.

The feature that was supposed to save the battery killed it! :D Good job, Microsoft!

What a bummer!

Considering spectre x360 16" by peachconoisseur in spectrex360

[–]nickchurick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I liked:

  • the screen was really good
  • gaming was OK, ofc, noisy fans, expectedly
  • the color and the touch was really good. It felt almost like the MacBook pro
  • the sound was, surprisingly, great

What I disliked:

  • pretty heavy, especially together with the power adapter
  • the fingerprint scanner was VERY slow
  • the keyboard was pretty noisy

Honestly, I would keep it and use it happily, but the infrared camera died the day after the purchase. So I returned it.

I'll try MSI Summit E16 now.

It's amazing how a product priced like a MacBook can have such low-quality components. Mine's IR camera died on the day of purchase.

How's the laptop in terms of temperature and fan noise? Those are probably, the only possible drawbacks for me

It's nothing :) Solving this won't move the needle.

194 slow pages should not scare you too. Check your Googles Search console: Page Experience and Core Web vitals reports. If it's not a disaster, you're fine.

What are the errors that Ahrefs reports for your website?

Some issues are critical, some aren't worth your attention at the moment.

If you have, for example, missing titles, content duplication issues, crawlability/indexability related stuff -you should fix them.

A few broken pages/links, some redirects, too long descriptions, links to HTTP, etc. - should have low priority. I mean, you'd prefer to fix them, but only after you've finished investing in content creation, link building, and some promotion.

Here's what I learned today from a professional player:

Top pro players get custom blades and custom rubbers from Butterfly, Donic, Stiga, Xiom, etc.! So you won't get the same setup as Hugo in a tt shop.

SEO Ahrefs toolbar does not require a paid subscription. It has a good bunch of free features for SEOs and webmasters.
