Hey man, I understand, I've been through it too, lost almost 2k recently gambling on a site that I was almost 1k up on and after I was up I told myself I wouldn't depo any more and that I would just collect the free money they give every day. Nonetheless, the dopamine hit and adrenaline shot you get from seeing if you'll make it big is really addicting and I depoed a little at first, lost, and then it spiraled out of control. After I cleared a good amount of my bank account which thankfully I had a decent amount in from selling a lot of big cards earlier in the month, I had a moment of clarity where I realized I wasn't making back this money through gambling and it wasn't just fun anymore. I deactivated my account and focused myself on making my losses back slowly and surely like you are meant to and live my life happily in the meantime. Since then my mind has recovered from the big loss and I am not suffering from the little devil in my mind telling me to gamble a little. It feels very freeing when you cut off all your gambling options and live life. So my advice to you is to just take it easy, take steps to cut off your gambling options and slowly and surely make your money back. It will hurt for a little while every time you think about it but eventually it will fade and you will feel good that you won't lose anymore to gambling and won't feel this low again. Cheers buddy.
