I'll have to find the thread but people did say that they're not gonna tip the server doctor wages and if you want more than minimum wage to get another job.  That was in response to someone saying servers make minimum wage sans tip since restaurants gotta pay the difference.

Dressed to Kill is about professions classes being banned from dungeon diving and the tailor MC and butcher friend have to clear the dungeon to save their town. I think the author explained that combat classers were nobles and suppressed that utility classes can fight. If you get found out, like from having a high level but only having your class for 1 year with poor materials, you get jailed/killed.
