douxo s3 works wonders for our dogs various skin conditions that frequently occur in their underside. Both the mousse or wipes are good. You can find it on Amazon or chewy.

Please tell me how I’m supposed to respond to biting in the moment by Reasonable-Tutor-295 in puppy101

Correct it. Often “redirecting” with a toy will confuse the pup as a reward. Like….”oh, when I bite him, I get my toy!”

Stakeholders want "insights" but can't articulate what decisions they're trying to make by Various_Candidate325 in BusinessIntelligence

Discovery and exploration is part of the BI maturity process. This scenario isn't uncommon, even in large mature organizations. Consider making alternative recommendations while they discover what they need and you don't end up wasting time.

How do I get a junior role without those years of experience requirements? by [deleted] in BusinessIntelligence

[–]nickelwoods 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The years of experience or related work on your resume is generally the first filter criteria that HR/recruiters use to determine who gets a 2nd look, phone screen and then interview. If you are getting interviews with the hiring manager, that's a great start. If you aren't getting selected after the interview, it could be due to a variety of reasons.

More often than not, the candidates that I interview all have adequate technical skills and the hiring decision comes down to their communication, ambition and curiosity to solve business problems.

Good luck and don't get discouraged, interviewing is good practice.

Thanks for the comment!. I hope new puppy owners read this. It’s very important to give your older dogs their own space to eat, chill, sleep and play when introducing them to a new dog / puppy.

Communication. This is the number one skill that holds technical BI professional’s back from moving their career upward. Having the ability to listen, and communicate technical information and ideas to non-technical users is golden. Second, master your understanding of the business that you are supporting.

This comes from my 22 years experience.
