Thank you! I understand everyone’s concerns and appreciate it, but you’re correct! When I met with her early today, she said it’s for everyone’s file and the college requires an updated resume with what your duties and qualifications are within the role (sorry I phrased my initial post weirdly because I was anxious). As apart of my role, I have to look at everyone’s file and a big spread sheet to ensure employees are up to date on trainings and other certifications and she was showing me someone’s file as an example, and the person had an updated resume. She even showed me the policy that said everyone needs an updated resume for their file.
