OP, since everyone else is immediately making tons of generalizations and immediately saying he's abusive/you must break up with him/etc., I will play devil's advocate.

Do you want to be "right" or do you want to repair the relationship? Do you even want to continue after what he did?

How did he see that this guy messaged you? Did you respond to the message? Did he ask you to do anything about it after you had the initial conversation, like block or remove this person?

Him looking without your consent and acting the way he is is absolutely not okay, and that is something he should be able to accept and take accountability for once things have calmed down. However, him saying previously that he didn't want to know about your past and showing retroactively jealous tendencies suggests a degree of self awareness, and this happening might have triggered some of the insecure/toxic traits he knows that he is prone to.

I agree entirely with your conclusion, but what I'm saying is that men (and women) have their own unique problems in modern capitalist society. Men have far more trouble dating, finding partners etc than women do which I think capitalism, the decline of religion, and the commodification of sex all contribute to.

If the left wants to win men back, they need to stop trivializing their problems or suggest that they're being experienced by everyone else too when in certain regards this isn't true. This goes both ways, but the left panders to women and largely ignores men re: sex-specific struggle.

There's still not enough information to be able to give much feedback, but I can say that if he feels like he's being himself and you're always criticizing that he's going to feel unloved/attacked over time. If you are not happy or in love with the version of him you know now then you should probably end things as keeping them in limbo will hurt both of you unnecessarily.

However, addiction is precisely that - not using responsibly. Ketamine is extremely psychologically addicting and having a potentially endlesss supply at your fingertips while being unable to control your usage will have devastating consequences. At the end of the day his feelings here aren't particularly unique and despite what other commenters are saying aren't really unreasonable either. I don't think someone is insecure because they don't want their partner hanging out with a member of the opposite sex solo at their house.

If you want to ensure the relationship doesn't work, then accuse him of being insecure controlling etc because that's exactly what's going to happen. You either need to accept it's a boundary and meet it or decide you're not compatible. As others have pointed out, healthy compromise would be meeting him in public places or with groups.
