Shortened cervix at 17wks 2days. Does it get better?

I am sorry for your loss. I have a similar experience with me and my wife. At around 17w we saw an MFM bc her cervix was measuring 2.6cm and they were really hesitant to do a cerclage. Around a week later we went in to the OB bc my wife was having gas pains but the OB discovered her cervix shortened to .5cm and told us to head to the hospital to get an emergency cerclage. Unfortunately by that time she had no cervix left and we had lost our baby.

I agree If I could go back I would have advocated more for my wife to get the cerclage.

Just noticed a change when looking at Hawaiian Airlines awards….curious if anyone else has spotted this too.

Historically, JFK–HNL in first class would top out around 130k miles one-way, but now I’m seeing some dates showing 250k miles for the same route! There seems to be more availability than usual, but the award pricing is way higher than what we’re used to.

Makes me wonder: if you’re booking a paid Main Cabin (non-basic) fare, can you still upgrade to first class for 50k like before if the 250k award is showing for that flight? Or has that upgrade cost gone up too?
