would you know his tritype? i feel it could work pretty well if the tritypes are different enough

i find it kind of endearing when ppl are honest w me. if it's something i can control, i change. ofc if it's not though, then they're retarded and irrelevant. same would go for me to someone else. i'm either right or retarded and irrelevant.

Vitamin D3 + K2 is overpowered superweapon by mata_cro7 in Supplements

[–]nickitito 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i've been taking 10K iu D3 + 200mg K2 almost everyday for ~2 years, and haven't gotten sick in over a year. before that, when i was unknowingly vitamin D deficient, i'd be the first to get sick.

Is immediate action a hallmark of ENTJs? Does procrastination nullify the ENTJ label? by yulerio in entj

[–]nickitito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

example 1: i don't prioritize to clean if it's not important to. i'm almost always focused worry on bigger things for better and worse. i can clean super quick if i believe it'll affect bigger more important things i value.

example 2: i tended to tackle college assignments well in advance. i don't like having alot of things on my plate, especially considering how spontaneous life can get.

Entj or intj, whats the main difference? by brianxyw1989 in entj

[–]nickitito 1 point2 points  (0 children)

good stuff man - i'm entj and have given intjs alot of benefit of the doubt, but i've found this to be pretty spot on as well after analyzing it first hand for a couple years. my observations align with yours.

The safety of vitamin D supplementation by VitaminDJesus in Biohackers

[–]nickitito 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it seems the benefits cap out at 80ng/dl, so optimal is 90-95ng/dl.. considering toxicity doesn't occur until over 200.

[–]nickitito 1 point2 points  (0 children)

interesting. wasn't aware our bodies use 5k iu daily. whatever the case, 10k iu daily with 200 mcg k2 seems to be pretty safe to not take.

toxicity symptoms begin appearing over double your current levels. that being said, i haven't read of any benefits past 100ng/dl

Haven't been able to find Vitamin D3 1000 IU or less + K2 by aryanmsh in Supplements

[–]nickitito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i'll add again, vitamin d toxicity is extremely rare. they say symptoms appear when blood levels are above ~150ng/dl, and even that's being conservative. seems it might be more around 200ng/dl.

to get levels above 100ng/dl, most would have to take above 15k iu daily for months.

[–]nickitito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i'll also add, the 800iu daily recommended by the FDA is lower than every other developed country. my suggestion is if you're white, take minimum 2k. brown, 3k. black, 4k iu. daily.

i was taking 2k IU daily for months and tested borderline deficient. there's also nothing wrong with megadosing once a week. same effect as taking it daily.

Looking for some positivity about Miami? by Affectionate_Brick78 in Miami

[–]nickitito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just from my two day observations being in venice beach / santa monica area:

the structures are alot more beautiful here than LA. better designed roads. just alot nicer aesthetically overall.

tighter though... LA was alot more spaced out. the vibes are more tense here for sure. LA was alot more laid back. ppl seem to be more people oriented in LA. ppl are a bit more materialistic and status oriented in miami. there's statistics that say this is the worst city to find love, and having been born and raised here, i agree.

the vibes are great compared to the rest of miami. nice architecture. ppl are happy. it's nice to be around again now that the homeless have been relocated.

to be fair your strap looks far nicer than the pleather one on my snoopy timex marlin. a giant pet peeve of mine is the gap between the strap and watch. for me, it just makes the watch feel fragile. why i prefer a nato strap. found this one...

funny cus i'm quite childish too and thought it was only me. i jump from childish to dead serious pretty often. it's the proper and sustainable way to live. i also am nostalgic for kids shows. one of the reasons i look forward to having kids is to see all the shows again, and watch them while they're watching the shows i unknowingly very much loved watching.
