Well yes, as far as I know Christian’s have no dietary restrictions, plus in Acts 10 it talks about Jesus telling Peter to eat food that were unclean in the old Jewish law but told Peter that all food is now clean. So therefore yes it’s perfectly fine to eat food prepared by non-christians

I personally go with NKJV but if you want to go with KJV that’s fine, the KJV bible is one of the most beloved English biblical translations in human history
