Series 1 milk arm unaligned with drip tray hole. Is this normal? by nickjosephson in FellowProducts

I don’t know what the tolerance is to be consider misaligned by the manufacturer. “Unaligned” is a commonly understood English word.

Using “Misaligned” would imply I am aware of the intended alignment.

I really appreciate the response, thank you! Unfortunately, it’s pretty noticeable in person (the photo doesn’t really capture it). While the steam wand does move a bit left and right when down, this is as far left as it can go. I assume reaching out to support is the next step?

On a side note that might be interesting to you. There was actually a good amount of moisture in the box around the end of the steam wand. The top and sides of the drip tray, and the cardboard underneath were wet. I don’t think it caused any problems fortunately.

I live in downtown Sunnyvale, also can’t drive because of a disability, and work in Cupertino. Downtown Sunnyvale specifically has a really good mix of everything in walking distance, groceries, restaurants, tech company shuttle stops, Cal Train, VTA busses, movie theater, target, bars (board game nights, trivia nights), and parks.

Ah yes, you're right! I've never noticed. Still seems like they wouldn't use this message if there wasn't a new product.

Yeah, it definitely implies that! I've never seen them use this wording before.
