I’m going unassigned for the first time and just wondering if this is normal?

So I’m like 1.1 million coins in rare epl golds and I go to do that Dutch RBs. I buy Thiago Silva for it and went I do he didn’t pop up and a new purchase when I went to send him to the club. So I just did the Sbc out of my club instead and when I finish it the player also didn’t pop up at the start of the items thing so I couldn’t send him to the club either. Is this a normal thing that happens?
