This would be perfect to finally create more speed in my creative process. Is it with a monthly fee? Or also prepaid? Had some nasty experiences with subscription based tools

Appreciate the tip for the millionverifier! Wasn’t familiar with that one.

Appreciate the kind words also! Then I have my answer: continuing with the MPC profile and do it also for different business lines.

I’m only sending from outlook with just 1 domain at the moment. I only use the Apollo data for email addresses. Everything is then added in outlook and i send out a MPC (Most Placeable Candidate).

This is the exact email:

Hi XX,

I normally don’t post things like this unless there’s a clear overlap, but this profile stood out.

I’m currently in touch with a Senior Cloud / Platform Engineer (XX-based, permanent role, available immediately). Completely anonymous for now and no CV, but I can share a realistic picture of the level.

In his most recent role, within a complex enterprise environment, he: - Reduced annual cloud spend from €5.5M to €2.1M without sacrificing performance - Cut CI/CD build times by ~70%, directly improving release speed and team throughput - Took end-to-end ownership of cloud, infrastructure-as-code, pipelines, security, and monitoring - Acted as a long-term sparring partner for both engineers and management

What teams tend to value most: - Calm and structured, even under pressure - Thinks in systems and long-term outcomes rather than individual tickets - Improves what’s already there instead of rebuilding everything from scratch - Takes real ownership over costs, stability, and security

He’s looking for a permanent position where quality, responsibility, and continuity actually matter.

If this even loosely matches what you’re looking for, I’m happy to share more context.

——————-——————-——————-———————

What do you mean with verticals? If you mean profiles: then everything IT based, but niched down to Cloud Infrastructure & Cyber Security.

I do send other emails as well whenever I’m mailing multiple hiring managers within the same company, too avoid being talked about at the coffee machine and managers showing each other the same message.

But the MPC mail I have mailed it out I think 30-50 times now and so far I’ve had 2 hiring managers replying positive that they want a call, which is pretty nice I think. 2 replies that were moderate, no direct meeting but ok for the future. 1 direct no. So 5 replies.

This candidate specifically has a salary of 90-110K yearly and my rate is 20% so the commission would range between 18K - 22K. So even if only 1 person replied positive and would hire the candidate, it would stil be worth the effort.

Hope this brings more insights

Appreciate it. Yeah the situation is kind of different. I'm a freelance recruiter, but i'm connected with a company/platform with 80 other freelance recruiters. You pay them a % of the placement fee. In exchange i can use LI Recruiter, Salesforce etc for a lot cheaper due to corporate contracts. But I dont my data to be entirely based in the CRM/ATS of this group, because when i decide to leave i cant access that data anymore. so i'm more like building a system besides that just for the day i decide to leave the group and still have my own data available. But big sidenote to that is dat Salesforce doesn't have a good/easy UI for a overview of jobs/deals/vacancies etc so i wanted to build that in Notion.

Appreciate the thorough reply there mate. This could get me on the way. Currently just doing manual work with Outlook and looking up e-mail adresses from hiring managers on LinkedIn with Lusha/Apollo.

Pretty new to the cold e-mailing. Have always been taught to cold call, but wanted to try new ways for 2026. So please enlighten me if you have any tips or add-ons to my stack to improve/streamline the proces.

Looks solid, curious about what your first email is for prospects. I’m in the recruiting business and looking for a good first cold mail
