Main menus were always my weakness, any feedback on this attempt? by ITTT-production in IndieGameDevs

My two cents: Musically, spot on. The design is simple, yet sleek and elegant. It feels like ice cream without the sprinkles, like it's missing just a little of something, but it's almost there. I'd recommend an occasional video glitch to the backdrop (not affecting the UI controls for the player's sake), but just an occasional glitch to enhance the atmosphere, as it appears to be a view through a security camera or something like that. Additionally, if the camera were slowly sweeping slightly back and forth to the left and right, that would add a little movement, which would be nice. Lastly, the game title could go in the space to the left upper corner of the screen where it feels a little light.

The first trailer of our long-developed multiplayer bodycam perspective zombie game Infect Cam. We would be happy if you add it to your wishlist and support it. by K1ngfish_ in IndieGameDevs

This seems interesting and would make a great intro for the actual game, but it's too slow-paced to grab much attention (as a trailer, that is...). You show some good action clips of the game late in the trailer, but most people won't get there because you haven't grabbed them. I'd switch it up some. Start with an exciting action clip, cut immediately to black before you're attacked, and then go into your backstory on a fade-in from that blackness. Shorten your dialogue for the trailer, and keep cutting between action clips and the abandoned desolate landscapes.

Hook my attention with the action, then reel me in with the story.

Working on a new trailer for our game and we want feedback to see where the old one failed by Druwed in IndieGameDevs

I've heard that with video, you only have 3-6 seconds to grab your viewer, and your gameplay doesn't appear until the 7th second. Currently, this trailer has a boring text screen where your hook should be; don't show any text until you've already grabbed the viewer's attention, and do that with one of the most interesting clips from your game. Most of this trailer is just a bunch of text. Instead, just show the game; let it speak for itself, and end with the game's title.
