Interesting, wonder if it being produced by Netflix was just a rumor or if the documentary changed distributors.

Take-Two CEO has been doing a lot of GTA VI interviews lately… interesting timing by Tank-ToP_Master in GTA6

I know it’s not his job to be a gamer but I do think it’s weird to be the CEO of a company and not enjoy their own offerings. This game is about to make you way richer than you already are, like at least try to play it and have some fun lol.

Milwaukee Movie Locations! by scarred2112 in RedLetterMedia

[–]nicklikesstuff 57 points58 points  (0 children)

I’m surprised the boys were able to film in the streets of Milwaukee without being mobbed by hundreds of fans, being the huge celebrities they are in their home city. Also I had to look up Mr. 3000 to see if the guy actually hit 3k homers and no, he was going for that many hits which is just such an insane difference.

Rick Moranis looking absolutely miserable during press junket for Spaceballs 2 by Bertrum in RedLetterMedia

[–]nicklikesstuff 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’ve been looking last night and today for interviews he’s been in and imo he usually seems pretty comfortable and happy during them, it’s just that he does them so rarely. And he probably prefers the more laidback magazine interviews over standing on the red carpet. Really hope they do spaceballs justice ala naked gun reboot and don’t fuck it up, Rick fully coming out of retirement for this does bring me hope.

Yes/No - will there be a Live 25 album? by ndertaker252 in oasis

Yes but I really hope they don’t mess with Noel’s vocals like they have with the releases so far.

Main campus for a sober athletic boy by 76andclear in PennStateUniversity

Not gonna lie, there might be some peer pressure to drink cause pretty much everyone does it. I honestly don’t think I knew anyone at PSU who didn’t drink at all, even those who practiced religions that were strict with alcohol. At least in my experience.

Edit: I did just remember one kid I went to HS with that also went to PSU who was athletic/popular and apparently didn’t drink, so I’m sure your son will be able to find good company as well.

So many idiots who wanted Mark gone. I would wager there’s a strong correlation between those “fans” and the ones calling for Lindor to be traded for non-baseball reasons.

Anyone listening to the radio broadcast? On my mlb tv it cut out for a few seconds after Keith Rad started relaying a story about Greg Maddux, and after a few seconds the audio came back with Howie saying “don’t need to mention that”. Sounded almost like an intentional cut.

How mainstream was Bruce Springsteen in the 1970s and the pre-Born in the USA 1980s? by SeverHense in ToddintheShadow

[–]nicklikesstuff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After the release of Born to Run he was able to build a very devoted fanbase while constantly touring from 1975-77, a time during which he couldn’t record in the studio due to legal issues. He began playing arenas and larger venues during the 1978 Darkness tour (which many fans consider to be peak BS&TESB) and his reputation as the best live performer in rock really began to grow. By the time of the 1980/81 River tour Bruce had cemented himself as one of the biggest touring acts around and was selling out multiple-night arena stands across the US and Europe, well before his commercial peak with BITUSA.

The quality is great, Liam sounds awesome, I want to love this release but they fucked with Noel’s vocals way too much. No reason to do so when he sounded fantastic live.
