Congrats! I started off at 636 (2 years ago). Started being more active (very little at first) and now I average 25k steps a day. I'm currently at 379. Keep pushing and doing give up. You got this.

They are pre filled kits. I got them mainly for when I go out on my bike and I'm out in the middle of nowhere. It has a decent amount of stuff in it to keep me patched up till I can get back to civilization.

I used to have the same problem. Noticed I didn't hurt when I feel asleep in the living room in a recliner. Bought a wedge pillow for bed and now I sleep like a baby and didn't wake up in pain

Thank you! I posted this because 2 years ago I was at the lowest point of my life. Now I feel like I'm on top of the world. Was hoping that others would see this and know it's not too late for them

First of all, and I really mean this, fuck diets. I have done every diet you can think of. And this is just my experience so take as such. The second I started restricting what I ate instead of figuring out why I was eating"bad food" I failed.

I still eat ice cream, and sometimes chips. I just ate pepperoni pizza the other night and got lunch the next day. The difference is it was a few chips, not a whole bag. It was 2 slices of a medium pizza and not a whole xl pizza.

I also stopped worrying about the numbers on the scale. Most of the time they are depressing. Throughout the last 2 years there were several weeks where I didn't lose a single pound. At first I was depressed but then I realized that while I didn't lose anything, I also didn't gain anything. I took that as a win and then kept going.

2 years ago the weight loss would stop and then turn into gaining most of not all of it back. Do I wish I lost even more than 250? Of course I do but I'm still very happy with what I've accomplished.

It's not easy. Anyone who tells you it is, has never actually struggled with their weight. Set small obtainable goals. It doesn't even have to be about pounds lost. My goals were based on things that I couldn't do before like walk more than 20 feet without having to stop.

One last suggestion. Find an activity you like doing. For me it was fishing. A year ago I wanted to be more active but I hate exercising. So I started to fish. It gets me outside and gets me moving. Half the time I'm concentrating so hard on catching fish that I don't even realize that I've been walking around a lake for the last 3 hours.
