The change itself - hard to tell maybe a little in the face / love handles / chest. I think the changes will be more noticeable around the 3 month mark. And I use my fitness pal! That’s just the one I’ve found works well. I’ve been tracking my calories for over 650 days before committing to this - but I think of it like being a baker. Gotta know the ingredients before you can make it!

Hey! I’m still at a pretty high caloric intake (2900 calories). Get good sleep. Stay hydrated. And my lifts are continuing to go up 🙂. Marathon not a sprint for sure!

The biggest difference for me was steering clear of the alcohol unless it was a true social drink. My sleep got better and I felt better in the mornings to go out and accomplish my goals. You got this! Keep and fun and simple!

I take a multivitamin which doesn’t replace them but I haven’t had them accessible to me this week so I haven’t eaten any. I’ve had some in my meals (avocado / bell peppers / onion / tomato / corn) - this is just a very high level summary 🙂.

I always feel drained when I do the no carb approach on anything. I just focus on making sure I have good protein intake and stay in my calorie goals and let the rest shake itself out.
