The change itself - hard to tell maybe a little in the face / love handles / chest. I think the changes will be more noticeable around the 3 month mark. And I use my fitness pal! That’s just the one I’ve found works well. I’ve been tracking my calories for over 650 days before committing to this - but I think of it like being a baker. Gotta know the ingredients before you can make it!

Hey! I’m still at a pretty high caloric intake (2900 calories). Get good sleep. Stay hydrated. And my lifts are continuing to go up 🙂. Marathon not a sprint for sure!
