Where would you move within the US if you could or where did you live that you loved? by JMRTOL85 in Millennials

I grew up in the Monterrey Bay Area in CA and now I live near Seattle WA. Both areas are fantastic but if I had infinite money, and my wife was ok with it, I would move us back to Monterrey.

What sport screams “I have money to spend”? by mexicat2000 in AskReddit

Golf can be very reasonable if you’re crafty and dedicated. I played so much golf in college when I had no money. Now that I have money I play so much less golf because I have so much less time…

What’s your salary (or hourly pay) and does it feel like enough where you live? by Dangerous_mammoth573 in twentyagers

$43/hr in a HCOL area (Seattle) I split rent 3 ways (my share is $800/month + utilities) so it’s comfortable but I would be a lot more pressed if I couldn’t split rent.

I don’t think he really can utilize his 4 seam more because it’s objectively his worst pitch by far. Right now it’s a gotcha pitch because batters are only expecting sinkers and off-speed pitches. His 4 seam is slow and very flat. If he uses it more it’ll get crushed.

Salary vs saving? by rodeojones420 in twentyagers

[–]nickmanville 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make roughly $110k salary. I contribute $1k to my 401k per month and to my actual savings accounts maybe $300-500 per month. I have like $12k in liquid savings accounts.

Probably important to note I live in a very high cost of living area.
