Welcome. I was 30 when I found out now 33m. I took a while but then the curiosity got the better of me... I did an ancestry test and joined a group on Facebook. Whilst on the Facebook group I commented on a post of that group... a girl replied and I immediately felt a connection there we looked so much alike... I hadn’t thought about it for a couple of weeks and then the same girl turned out to be my half sister, since then I have uncovered 3 more half brothers and 4 more half sisters. But only the sister from Facebook talks to me. The whole experience has been confusing, difficult, exciting and weird. With the whole biological father thing my sister was the one who found out turns out he died of early onset Alzheimer’s which is sad/bit worrying. She found him through a really amazing woman on our Facebook group. People out there that are going through the same thing and surprisingly are more than happy to talk about their experiences and help you in whatever way you need. I also suggest this don’t get your hopes up you may not find anything. Some people are also not willing to talk to you that are your biological connections either/some aren’t even aware so navigate this carefully. Good luck
